How Our Ecosystem Works

How our ecosystem works?

The iNstockEC Trade Enablement Ecosystem automates, centralizes, standardizes and streamlines the core areas of commercial and consignment financing for decision-making through five steps:

 

  1. Data Collection: The Ecosystem collects data on inventory, trade, and payment activities from various sources, including inventory storage systems, Sellers' e-commerce platforms, sales invoices records, escrow accounts information, and other online and offline channels.

  2. Data Analysis: The Ecosystem performs compliance checking on both the Seller and its counterparty Supplier, then analyzes the data using advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to verify the sales opportunities to be converted into commercial / consignment deals.

  3. Deal Creation: Once a sales opportunity is identified, the Ecosystem creates an agreement that specifies the appropriate terms and conditions of the commercial/consignment deal between the Seller and the interested Funder.

  4. Deal Management: The Ecosystem continuously monitors the commercial / consignment deal, tracking sales, inventory, and receivable levels, and manages the payment process to ensure that Funders and Sellers receive their share of the revenue generated by the commercial / consignment deal according to the agreed terms and conditions.

  5. Reporting: The system provides detailed reporting and analytics on commercial / consignment deal performance, allowing Funders and Sellers to make data-driven decisions, track their earnings, better understand their business operations and sales progress, and gain insights for creating more mutual benefits in future commercial / consignment deals.
